On October 8 2010, the tenth meeting of the experts involved in Georgian component of “The Black Sea Peacebuilding Network” project was held in Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies (GFSIS).

At the meeting, two representatives of the Experts Council  provided their presentations on the following topics: Russian Soft Power applied to Georgia (Mr. Thengiz Phkhaladze, International Centre of Geopolitical Studies, Chairman) and Theory of Conflict Transformation (Mr. Giorgie Amiranashvili, Caucasian School of Public Administration, Department of International Relations). The both presentations provoked active discussions.
